April 2
ALL Students Advanced Registration for Fall 2007 begins April 1st at 10:00 PM for students who have 90 credits or more. Students with less than 90 credits can register on April 2nd at 10:00 PM.
April 30 thru August 31
ALL Students Fall 2007 Unrestricted Add/Drop Period and late registration (no late fee) using webreg, RTTRS or in person at Registrar's Offices
August 31 ALL Students Last day to withdraw completely and receive a 100% refund

FIRST DAY OF CLASS for Fall 2007 SEMESTER.

In-person LATE REGISTRATION BEGINS with a prepaid $50 late fee.

DROP PERIOD on webreg/RTTRS is 9/4 - 9/10.

ADD PERIOD on webreg/RTTRS is 9/4 - 9/11.

During the first two-weeks of class, the Registrar's Office will have exteneded hours.  

Saturday, September 8 ALL Students Saturday classes begin.
September 10 Undergraduate Students

LAST DAY to DROP via webreg, RTTRS or in person(without "W" grade & tuition charge).

Drop Period WITH a "W" Grade is  9/11 -11/ 12.

You cannot drop your last class or withdraw completely from school via RTTRS/Webreg. You must notify your dean's office to withdraw from all course.

 

September 11

Part time students will receive a 100% refund of tuition for the reduced credits until September 10, 2007.

After 9/10/07, there is NO REFUND for credit reduction. 

Withdrawl / Refund Procedure for
All Students

Students withdrawing from their entire program of courses will receive "W" grades and a  prorated refund as follows:

80% during the first two weeks of the term (thru 9/17/07);

60% during the  second two weeks (thru 10/1/07); and

40% during the third two weeks of the term (thru 10/15/07).

Students who drop a portion of their courses during the first seven calendar days of the term - the course(s) will not appear on the academic transcript or be calculated into the tuition charges.

Fall Term Grades are available via RTTRS touchtone phone system. Fall semester code is "9".

Please allow a minimum of 48-72 hours after your exam before checking grade(s).

Grades are also available via Registrar's Webpage for students with email accts: http://registrar.rutgers.edu (click on Grades and Transcripts).

January 22 All Students Spring 2008 Term Begins
May 21,  2008 All Students UNIVERSITY COMMENCEMENT (For individual college/school commencements, please check with your Dean's Office.)
Fall 2007 grades  are available as processed on the Telephone Registration System.  The grade-reporting component of the system is available from 6:30 a.m. to midnight daily and Saturdays.  The Fall semester code is 079.  Telephone registration numbers are:

Grades are also available 24 hrs. a day at our website:  https://www.acs.rutgers.edu/grades.  Please allow a minimum of 48-72 hours after your exam for faculty grading and systems processing.

LAST DAY OF CLASS.............Wednesday, December 12
Reading Day...................Thursday, December 13

NOTE:  All Final Exams will be held in the same room in which the class regularly meets during the semester.  Any changes to the exam schedule must be approved by the appropriate dean and will be announced in class.
 

Evening exams meet from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
 
Monday, Dec.17……………..Mon. and Wed. first evening period, Group G, and Monday classes only.
Tuesday, Dec. 18.......................Tue. and Thurs. second evening period, Group Q, and Tuesday only classes.
Wednesday, Dec. 19.................Mon. and Wed. second evening period, Group H, and Wedenesday only classes.
