Your "Diploma Name" should include punctuation exactly as you would like your name to appear on your printed diploma. Include accent marks (placed immediately above the letter it should accent), periods (.) and commas (,) where applicable. Example: John S. Smith, Jr.
Note: Replacement Diplomas can be ordered from the Office of the University Registrar (ASB, Room 200A, Busch Campus). A payment of $20 must accompany the request. The request for a replacement diploma takes six to eight weeks to process. To download a DIPLOMA REPLACEMENT REQUEST FORM, click here.
Students indicating they will not be attending the Commencement Ceremony (in Absentia) and would like their diploma mailed must complete and fax or mail this form.
Candidates must file for degree certification in accordance with the following dates:
Failure to meet one of the above dates requires the resubmission
of the Notice of Degree Candidacy in the next period. The faculty will
not act to certify a degree candidacy unless the prospective graduate has
filed a Notice of Degree Candidacy form.
