All Students - Last Day to Cancel Spring 2009 Registration and receive full refund. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebrated - University Offices Closed. |
| January | 20 | All Students - Spring 2009 Semester Classes Begin First day to add courses for Spring 2009 |
| January | 26 | Undergraduates - Last day to DROP a course WITHOUT a W grade and receive a refund. |
| January | 27 | Undergraduates - Last day to ADD a course for Spring 2009 |
| February | 1 | Undergraduates - Last day to extend deadline for completion of Incomplete grades for Fall 2008. After this date all remaining IN grades will convert to F |
| February | 2 | Graduates - Last day to DROP or ADD a course without a W grade. Last day a single dropped course will not be included in tuition charges. All Students - Last day to WITHDRAW from ALL courses and receive 80% tuition refund. |
| February | 15 | Undergraduates - Last day to extend deadline for completion of Incomplete grades for Winterim 2009. After this date all remaining IN grades will convert to F |
| February | 16 | Undergraduates - Last day to file for a May degree All Students - Last day to WITHDRAW from ALL courses and receive 60% tuition refund. |
| March | 2 | All Students - Last day to WITHDRAW from ALL courses and receive 40% tuition refund. |

| March | 30 | All Students - Last day to DROP a course online. DROPs must be done in person at the Office of the Registrar from March 31st through April 7 |
| April | 6 | Undergraduates - Last day to DROP a course with a W grade and without academic penalty. After today, students must petition the Scholastic Standing Committee for permission to DROP courses. |
| April | 20 | All Students - Last day to WITHDRAW from ALL COURSES without academic penalty Graduate Students - Last day to DROP with a W grade. |
| May | 1 | All Students - Last Day to change Fall 2008 and Winter 2009 TZ and NG grades before they automatically convert to F |
| May | 4 | All Students - Last Day of Classes |
