Please be aware that any changes the Registrar makes to your NJ residency status for tuition purposes does not alter your F-1/J-1 immigration status. You will continue to be reported to SEVIS as an F-1/J-1 student unless you come to the Center for International Faculty & Student Services with appropriate documentation to demonstrate a change of your immigration status.December 9, 2005
