Duplicate Diploma Request
Undergraduate Graduation Information: If you need to change your Date Of Graduation, please contact your Dean's Office to complete a Reclassification Form prior to completing the Diploma Application.

          Students in Schools 01, 02, 06, 12, and 61 may only apply with submission of an Online Diploma Application
          Students in Schools 01, 02, 06, 12, and 61 who have missed the March 15th Online Application deadline and
          who expect to graduate in May 2008, must report immediately to the Registrar's Office.

Students in Schools 07, 11 and 14 may submit either an Online Diploma Application or Download an
Undergraduate Diploma Application (To submit a hard-copy application)

* For individual college/school commencement schedules, please check with your dean's office.

Duplicate Diplomas can be ordered from the Office of the University Registrar (ASB, Room 200A, Busch Campus). A payment of $30 must accompany the request. The request for a duplicate diploma takes six to eight weeks to process.
