ACADEMIC ADVISEMENT
All students should consult with their advisors between March 10th -
April 4th.
For specific details, please
check with the bulletin board outside of
Student Life in Ackerson Hall or go to College
of Nursing website.
NOTES:
- All students must see their advisor prior to registration, even
if using Web Registration.
- Please make an appointment to see your academic advisor
immediately.
- Advisor office hours are posted on the general bulletin boards at
Ackerson Hall and at 1 Richardson Street and online at
http://nursing.rutgers.edu.
- Students registering for ANY CLINICAL COURSE must contact Bruce
Howard in Newark at 973-353-5293 x.603, or Denise Santangelo in New
Brunswick
at 732-932-1738, during the registration period to obtain their special
permission number.
Fall 2008 REGISTRATION DATES -April 6th through April 11, 2008
Registration schedule for all students who are eligible to register
into Fall 2008 courses is as follows:

Most continuing students will have direct access to Web
Registration. There will however be restrictions for the following
categories:
- All students with a cumulative average below 2.0
- Non-matriculated students
- EOF students with less than 90 degree credits.
Students falling into these categories must submit a signed advisement
form to Dean Esteves. The restriction will then be removed allowing
these
groups access to Web Registration.
Registration will continue through Friday, August 29, 2008. It
is to your advantage to do your registration early and make any changes
to registration prior to the first day of classes.
WEB REGISTRATION HOURS OF AVAILABILITY: (After April 11, 2008)
Monday through Friday 6:30 am – 12:00 midnight
Saturday 6:30 am – 2:00 pm
COURSE RESTRICTIONS:
Maximum credits, prerequisites, and time conflicts may only be
overridden in person at One Richardson Street (New Brunswick). All
other
restrictions, eg. over enrollments, may be overridden by telephone once
a special
permission number has been obtained from the appropriate academic
department.
Registering with a prefix must be done in person.
NOTE: Students with outstanding debts
equal to $100 or greater will be blocked from registration.
