Graduate School Diploma Application

This Diploma Application is to be used only by graduate students in the following schools:

• School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA - 20)


• Rutgers Business School - Graduate (RBS-G - 22)


• Graduate School - Newark (GSN - 26)


• School of Criminal Justice (SCJ - 27)

Note:This is not to be used by Law School students or undergraduates.  Please refer to your appropriate Dean's Office for details regarding applying for graduation.


Eligible Students may print and fill-out the following application then submit the completed application to the Registrar's Office by the specified filing deadline of each graduation date as noted on the instructions accompanying the forms below.
