Your Current EOF Eligibility Status

Your financial EOF eligibility is still under review, however one or several of your documents have been submitted incorrectly or incomplete. Please carefully review the documents still requested, make any necessary additions or corrections, and resubmit the documents to the Office of Financial Aid at, via mail, fax, or in person. Failure to submit documents may result in loss of EOF eligibility. Please be advised that all potential EOF students must submit the IRS Tax Return Transcript, instead of the form 1040.

If you are uncertain why any document is being requested again, please contact your EOF counselor for further clarity. They can communicate directly with the Office of Financial Aid on your behalf, as not to further delay your review.

When you have resubmitted all documents, please allow up to two weeks for review. Once a determination of your financial EOF eligibility has been made you will no longer receive this notice.
