Attention: F-1 and J-1 Students Please be aware that any changes the Registrar makes to your NJ residency status for tuition purposes does not alter your F-1/J-1 immigration status. You will continue to be reported to SEVIS as an F-1/J-1 student unless you come to the Rutgers Global – International Student and Scholar Services with appropriate documentation to demonstrate a change of your immigration status.
